Urban Health
LAB CSU
Citizen Lab that uses citizen science and prototyping to identify needs and foster community-driven ideas aimed at improving quality of life in neighborhoods. The pilot project in Trinitat Vella, Barcelona, included an environmental assessment of air quality and noise, along with the co-creation of solutions through collective work and digital fabrication.

A citizen lab in Santa Cruz de la Sierra (Bolivia) that supports collaborative ideas to revitalize the city’s historic center. Through social, cultural, and urban innovation, it fosters collective learning, community-driven action, and public space transformation—strengthening social cohesion, belonging, and civic engagement.

A project combining science, participation, and technology to address challenges such as noise pollution, urban health, and social coexistence. Through collaborative prototyping, the local community co-created innovative solutions that merge artificial intelligence with social approaches to enhance well-being and promote harmony in public spaces.

A citizen science and social innovation project that engages young people in investigating human exposure to tire wear particles—an emerging and under-researched issue. The process included the collaborative prototyping of creative solutions aimed at raising awareness of health impacts and promoting more sustainable urban mobility.

Green Futures
An educational program that promotes critical thinking about current and future challenges by involving youth in hands-on, participatory, and experiential activities. It aims to spark interest in green careers, offering guidance, knowledge, and meaningful experiences that help them explore their potential within key sectors of the ecological transition.

The project brings together people from diverse backgrounds to reflect and act on how we manage organic waste. Through hands-on workshops, participatory activities, and training sessions, the community is invited to rethink consumption habits and explore new ways to turn waste into valuable resources for a more sustainable future
Urban Mobility
We Count
In Madrid and Barcelona, we collaborate with Ideas 4 Change to implement pilots of the European Project that employs technological tools, participatory processes, and citizen science to generate data and analyze how urban mobility affects people's lives and the design of public policies.

A citizen science, art, and community participation initiative that raises awareness of antimicrobial resistance and environmental conservation through a biocultural lens. Workshops in microbiology and ethnobotany promote the use of local medicinal plants and healthy practices, reinforcing the connection between nature, science, and society

A Network of citizen participation and collaboration that provides for adolescents’ voices visibility. The project seeks to strengthen the democratic base of future generations through participatory methodologies and digital tools.

Viu Verd Viladecans
The project launched a participatory research process in Viladecans to explore how green spaces affect public health. Residents measured environmental and social perception indicators, while a collective prototyping phase led to the creation of the "Urban Alchemy Cart"—a mobile device designed to energize public space and encourage ecological care.
